The KARC is an amateur radio club located in DeKalb, IL (EN51). It owns and maintains a 2 meter repeater WA9CJN in Malta, IL, at a frequency of 146.730, minus offset, PL 100 Hz.

The Club holds a weekly net on Monday evenings at 9:00 PM Local time. All hams are invited to check in.

Our members are involved in HF, VHF, UHF, SSB, FM, CW, APRS, PSK31, SSTV, Emcomm/Public Service, etc.

There is a renewed interest in resurrecting Packet Radio by some of the members. If interested please bring this up at the next Club Meeting.
